Your Privacy — It is the policy of Texas Paint & Wallpaper and TexasPaint.com not to gather information about you, as a visitor to our website, unless you provide the information voluntarily by entering it through and/or on our website. Information (i.e.; personal, confidential, purchasing, etc.) you voluntarily provide to us, will not be passed, sold or distributed to any other source. Any information, you voluntarily provide to us, will only be used by Texas Paint & Wallpaper Co., Inc.. You may choose to opt out, of any of our optional services, by emailing us your request. During your use, of our website, browser cookies may be used to enhance the viewing of our website. You may be able to refuse these cookies by adjusting your internet browser, but it may affect the appropriate use and secure functionality of this website. Online Shopping

It is our desire to provide you with an enjoyable and secure online shopping experience. If you should experience any dissatisfaction, with your product selection, or with our service, or if you have any questions, please contact us. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm CST.

Methods of Payment Accepted: For online purchases, we accept the major credit cards offered by Discover™, Visa™, MasterCard™ and American Express™. For your protection, we verify all credit card purchases through the AUTHORIZE.NET™ verification network. Your credit card information is processed using the most current secure encryption technologies. You can choose not to use the online purchasing system by calling us directly and giving the required purchasing information to one of our Sales Associates. This method may cause additional delays, and costs, in the processing and delivery of your order. We do not accept credit card information via email. Your online credit card shopping rights may vary by credit card issuer. To obtain a copy of these rights please contact your bank, or credit card issuer.

Shipping and Handling: All of our online orders are processed and shipped from our Main Office and Warehouse located in Dallas, Texas. Please see DOMESTIC ORDERS (below) for complete freight cost information.

Domestic Orders: Orders are processed from 7:00am to 2:00pm (CST) – Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00pm (CST) will be processed on the next regular business day. We ship online orders by regular UPS Ground Service; by regular United States Postal Service (USPS); or, by Freight Carrier, unless otherwise requested, or as needed. Please be aware that express shipping requests (Next Day, Second Day, Saturday Delivery, etc.) is from the day the shipment is made not the day the order was entered. If you want same day shipment of your order, please Contact Us before placing your order to verify that the order can be shipped the same day. The freight charges displayed, in the shopping cart total, only represent the necessary freight charges and normal packaging requirements. The shipping charges displayed online, in the shopping cart total, may not include all necessary services required for packaging and/or shipping certain items (i.e.; hazardous materials, fragile, excessive length, address correction, residential charges, etc.). Any additional amount, you may be required to pay, is for additional shipping requirements such as: Over-weight; Over-sized; Value; Special handling; Packaging needs; Final destination, etc.. You will be notified, by email, of the final total before the order is processed and your credit card billed. Delivery to a PO Box may be available through USPS, but some restrictions may apply. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Texas Paint & Wallpaper is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, holidays and other extenuating circumstances. Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will be notified by email of the status of your order.

International Orders: We do not accept, or ship online orders outside of the continental United States of America.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery, of online orders, may be available to the following Texas Counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant. Some restrictions may apply. Contact us for current pricing and complete delivery details.

Sales Tax: All orders shipped and/or delivered within the State of Texas will have an 8.25% SALES TAX added to the purchase.

Shipment Damage and/or Loss: Texas Paint & Wallpaper Co., makes every effort to package and ship your product properly and without damage. Damage and/or loss, caused during shipment and delivery, is the responsibility of the Freight/Delivery Service, and not Texas Paint & Wallpaper. Inspect your packages upon delivery for damage, and/or loss. Write the type of damage on the Shipper’s Packing Slip for subsequent claims against the Shipper. Claims for damages and/or loss, caused by the Freight or Delivery Service, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to pursue, from the Freight/Delivery company, and not the responsibility of Texas Paint & Wallpaper, except to provide appropriate documentation and/or information for claims of loss and/or damage. Please contact our Main Office for further information.

REFUNDS: To request a refund of the products you have purchased, the products must be un-opened and/or un-used, and still in the manufacturer’s original package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. To return a non-defective product for a Refund, follow the RETURN & EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS below, and upon receipt of the returned items your account be will credited, less the original shipping costs.

WARRANTY AND SUITABILITY: Texas Paint & Wallpaper Co., Inc., DBA / TEXASPAINT.COM makes no warranty, or statement of suitability, for a particular purpose, implied or otherwise, for the products sold from this website. All products must be used, for their particular purpose, as designed by the manufacturer. Read and follow all product label instructions.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Products, that are eligible for return, may be returned up to 30 days from the original invoice date. Follow the RETURN & EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS listed below and when your package is received, a replacement product will be sent to you, via UPS Ground Service, or US Postal Service at no additional charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS: Items must be shipped to us via pre-paid freight and returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Make a copy of the receipt in your shipment, including the invoice, shipping papers, etc., and place the paperwork in the return package, along with the product, using the original shipping container and packing material. We do not accept C.O.D. freight returns.

Products that are not eligible for return: Electrical parts, custom or special orders, mixed paints, opened packages, installed parts, items purchased for more than 30 days, and products deemed as “not sellable” by Texas Paint & Wallpaper Co., Inc.

RESTOCKING CHARGE: Products deemed as “returnable”, by Texas Paint & Wallpaper Co., Inc. may be subject to a Restocking Charge of 15%.
